PhotoMerge
Privacy at PhotoMerge
Updated October 3, 2026. PhotoMerge processes selected images and Logo files locally in your browser. Images, filenames and Logo content are not uploaded to our servers or included in our analytics events.
Local browser storage
The batch editor stores style settings in localStorage, without storing original images or the Logo. Your privacy preference is also stored locally. Remove site data in your browser to clear these settings. The Logo must be selected again in a new session.
Purchases and essential cookies
When purchasing is enabled, Stripe hosts payment entry. PhotoMerge stores an anonymous session association, order and payment references, product, amount, payment and refund status, confirmation and expiry times, and a hash of your recovery code. An essential HttpOnly session cookie links this browser to its orders; clearing it removes access here until you restore a purchase. Recovery codes are credentials: keep them private.
Stripe and our hosting provider process network and transaction metadata needed to provide their services. We do not receive full payment card details. See Stripe’s privacy information and Cloudflare’s privacy information.
Optional analytics and advertising
Optional Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics. Events describe the tool, action, layout, format, count or pixel range and error category; they exclude images, filenames, Logo content, email and recovery codes. Purchase events identify a confirmed order and amount. Click “Privacy choices” below to change your preference. Rejecting analytics leaves the tools available.
Advertising is currently disabled. It will be enabled only after approval and the required consent configuration. An active pass excludes advertising. Eligible desktop pages may later show one advertising placement; checkout, restoration and mobile pages do not show ads.
Support and deletion requests
Email [email protected] for questions or requests about records linked to a purchase. Include a transaction reference so we can verify ownership. We retain transaction records needed for purchase support, refund reconciliation and applicable obligations; original image files are never part of those records.
